guys, I am also looking for the solution to create bing accounts without any problem. As Bing allow create accounts around the world, we should not be using VPNs or RDPs etc. I didnt try it yet, but after reading here and there, I would do following: create ad account on residental IP / on browser that has heavy amount of cookies / Then I will use local credit card with 2-5 usd balance on it. / I will allow 24 hours wait time for each step, created account (24 hours) added payment ( 24 hours wait time) started first compaign with clean whitehat domain let it run 48 hours on small budget, then after some cash spent add coupon, but how to create multiple accounts from one computer that is still to figure out.

From any country of the world bing account can be created and work, as you said, but all coupon voucher code can be used with any account of any country? Can I use vmware to create multiple accounts from same computer?

You can use duplicate browser to create multiple accounts

Did you used same address for all the accounts

I recommend using different addresses for the accounts just so they are not linked as easy

Creating Bing Ads accounts nowadays is a big headache, almost 100% suspensions. Better to move to Google Ads, where people are still able to successfully create threshold accounts, (ofcourse one must know the method). In Bing Ads, no method or technique is nowadays working. I do not deny, there may still people creating and using Bing Ads too. But, even for conversions, in my experience, Google Ads is much better.

you can try with multilogin to create multiple accounts?
