I purchased 10 ports of the US 4g proxy.
I put 1200~1300 views on 5 videos using Python :)

Over 1000 views have been deleted after a week
The proxy rotates ip every 10 minutes.

Is it 100% my Python bot problem?

US 4g proxy are similar IP or same submit for each IPs,
So, it's can not work for that,
I would suggest you use the residential or mobile/WIFI proxy pool providers!

In general, you want to view a video after an IP rotation, so all views will originate from different IPs.

You can't blame solely the bot or the proxies. You should experiment.

Also, I suggest you rotate your python headers (if you use Selenium) to emulate multiple devices (mobile, laptop, desktop, etc). And if you use selenium, you should also provide device display parameters, so the browser window will be rendered as a real device (with pixel ration, width and height, etc).

There are other fingerprints involved too not just the IPs. And be informed that they will reject a % of view after some time which is normal. Not 100% view will be sticky but the process will increase the view for sure.

Your Mac Address "spoofing" is another thing you need to do..

Cant always blame proxy or program language , these endpoints are highly protected . However, ideally start with your proxies, then work you way to if its your requests methods(this can a major reason).

It's hard to distinguish sometimes whether you should blame the bot or the proxies in such cases. Before coming to a decision, I'd rather experiment a bit, also ask myself the questions "Am I forcing too many API requests?", "Are the video views happening just when the IPs rotate?". Once you have the answers it will become a lot easier to troubleshoot issues. Best of luck!
