Help with Instagram!

Please help. So I got new phone Samsung galaxy s21 so it a new phone which never had instagram on before and I tried to create it I get error that I cant I mean chapta . I dont want to add phone number.
Dont know if creating is related with my ip address?. Because if it was related with an ip address then also my family (they use iphones) they would not be able to create any accounts on that same ip address.
So I have no idea why
I cant create on new samsung an instagram account.
Is maybe android bad or?
I guess I wont be able to create on that phone again any account even tho it is new bought phone
I bought it on 3.4.2021

if the phone is 100% new as you say, then the problem is in the IP address. it's weird to me that your family can create accounts normally though

Yeah that is weird to me too.
Maybe it is like half banned ip
Or something
I have no idea.

I wonder if I try to create it from that phone of mine but from other ip/wifi which is hopefully not banned will it work.

but didnt work
Maybe I can try with new sim card 4g or something

What error message do you get while creating an account?

There is limit of 3 accounts per ip per day to create accounts. Change your ip of your phone, install VPN and check.

Maybe your home ips were blacklisted for some reasons. Buy a 4g sim card and try again.

This happened to me too, i just connected to my neighbors wifi. Didn't have any problems

If I hit limit on device maybe then it wont work on other ip or?
I thought that ccproxy thing is that safe and does that like steal data like knows your instagram password or something or no?
Im low on budget so I cant really buy proxy

If you hit the limit of IP than you can't create and manage new accounts.
Buy new sim and try creating accounts from the new sim data, if your low on budget.

I will try. I thought also I wish it was possible to contact instagram and write them to remove ip or device ban or something. But guess it is not possible

from what I see the only option is to change the ip, but I guess it's lucky because I have created many accounts from the same place and I have not had problems

Remove the SIM and insert it back, it should give you a different IP address. Its best to use mobile data when running an instagram accounts, it gives the minimum issues.

Try to restart the router or modem, you will definately get a new ip address which will be safe to create. only if you have a carrier that provide you with static mobile ip.
