this literally, it needs manual unban for this. IG does not review accounts with this error both in appeal and in panel

You have to spend a huge amount of money on ADS FB maybe a few million dollars, then the FB will automatically contact you to give you this tool. There is no automatic way unless you are big brands and meet FB at their headquarters and ask for this tool on very large contracts.

The only way to get the small business account back is to protest and wait for luck

You can rent accounts from the farm to use. they can provide persistent account. If you don't want to wait every time appeal banned accounts that the rate of them being opened is little
