I got into puzzles last year. A YouTuber called Chris Ramsey popped up on my phone one day and I just really got into watching him puzzle solve. Got myself some puzzles over xmas and they are a great relaxation tool. (although sometimes they have the opposite effect!!)

Both go together, you are relax after the release.

Train, doing exercises and kicking a bag (I did taekwondo till pandemic attack and since then I practice alone or with my gf) Some days I don't kick, but just go stretching and light exercises to relax. Qi Gong (chi kung) and Tai Chi also helps a lot to relax, there are some good masters on YouTube easy to follow, just respiration and light movements. After a long day that is very good before a shower and bed.
