Local SEO and PBN. Little Question

For local SEO I know that citations (directory, maps, gmb ...) is important.

What about PBN posts for example ?
Are they useful for Local SEO ?
For a Taxi agency / Plumber .. for example ? 5 - 10 post of pbn can give a boost or no more ?

Because once the On-site SEO is done, directories and networks / basic links, GMB optimized ... what is left to do off site ?


( I ask this question because in my area few or any local companies use post pbn to rank locally, so I wonder if it is really useful )
