Does anyone have experience in GSC vs Analytics data?

Usually GSC shows no click, but in my Analytics dashboard, I am getting 2-3 Organic/Google sources daily. Is analytics wrong? Is GSC wrong? For what it's worth I'm not using google tag manager I just have a simple plugin that puts the analytics tracking code into the header

They both use sampling. Neither is 100% accurate. If you want accurate data you're going to have to pay for analytics from another provider.

can you recommend a good one? And how can their service be more accurate than google's? No tracker can get more accurate stats about google then google themselves. I used statscounter, clicky, Piwiki and many others in the past and I've not seen a single difference between those and analytics.

But yeah, if you know a more accurate service share the link please, cause I'd like to take a look at it

Nope. You should check your facts or have worked with hundreds/thousands of sites to speak to this.
For GA
The sampling you speak of is when you QUERY data for a long timeframe,with filters etc. that could apply sampling.

Solution:
- Only query 1 day at time via API on daily basis --> NO sampling, unless of course you have tons of data over the free GA's 10 MM server calls (pageviews+events)

You can read up on this since you certainly don't know the facts, and GA is literally right up there with Adobe Analytics (aka Sitecatalystr), as you can get premium for $125k per year (no sampling, more custom dimensions etc... ) but for FREE you will NOT find a better HOSTED analytics solution.

They are not he does not know.

- Did you check the organic is not coming from Bing etc? GSC obviously would not cover that
- Clicks != sessions.
