Glad to see for some payouts are working.
I have 11 scans over 2 phones. I've had nothing. I thought id give it a go as for 20seconds of my time I thought nothing to lose to just "try"
My first phone I have 5 scans and admittedly I got the wrong wallet so I don't expect anything on this - more on this later.
My second phone has 6 scans that goes to the correct wallet and had nothing.
I've seen posts and Twitter that some barcodes and couriers are not accepted.
I've contacted support to try and correct the wallet as well as ask about the PORTs and I have had ZERO response.
The old thing of if it's too good to be true then it normally is ringing true here. Now I take that with a pinch of salt as I know the value has gone up due to the volatile nature of crypto that plays a part here so I more than understand that people can bank well with it.
My concern is the support and website isn't exactly clear from day one, limited documentation on what does and doesn't work as well as a bit of guesswork when it comes to wallets - my first phone I went off a Reddit post to set it all up and that was wrong and no doubt wrong for everyone else who saw it. After all the app states the payout address has to be ZIL it's only later when I assume they had a shit ton of support requests (none of which mine have been answered yet) they said these wallets don't work.
I'm not overly sour over it, I thought for shits and giggles if it works id get a bit of pocket change and was a bit of fun while it lasts. Although they seem to be getting their act together the more it goes on the more I just feel personal that this is either:
A - a data grab
B - a run on the crypto value
worse
C - A&B combined
As someone who requests feedback from customers daily, the conversation rate on that is less than 1% I can't see why reviewing a delivery with an app would be any different. Not to mention all couriers scan the barcodes anyway with their own devices. I can't see how this is going to do anything going forward APART from couriers or companies having another level of support to deal with as the people who would use the app would kick up a shit storm over the courier. I just can't see any kind of massive real-world adaption or improvement for anything that is out there now - and as I said as "users" and humans when it comes to giving praise or feedback it is a rare thing anyway.
For all that is still taking part and are getting money great, good on you milk it while it lasts.
For me, I'm out.
