low quality proxy cause to increase captcha usage high?

I'm using instant proxies for RankerX. I see my 2captcha usage is higher more than as I expected. Is this a good sign or bad sign?

Do I need to change proxy service?

Yes low quality proxies will trigger captcha more often.

Im using Instant proxies. I think they are semi dedicated. 1$ for each proxies.

I think rotating proxies are the one to use for Rankerx,
with the same IP, you'll get more captcha usage and even accounts banned after using it for 5+ accounts usually
while using rotating proxies, you'll get a new IP per proxy each 3-5 minutes, which is enough to create an account,

also, try to keep the number of threads running equal to the number of proxies you have, this will make it a little bit slower you'll have a better success rate and cut the risks for sure

Indeed they do and this is probably a bad sign. Make sure you use good quality proxies with rotating IPs for RankerX - you wouldn't want to give the notion that you're indeed botting.
