I would like to build a mining rig with a single GPU.I want to use it also for gaming.My budget is 1,300$.Which would be the best GPU for it ?

I'd recommend you don't build a mining rig. Your budget is too low. You are better off to just buy crypto and hold. Some reasons:

• future coins will be focused on PoS (even Ethereum is moving)
• electricity is expensive
• rewards get lower and lower each month, you can't really calculate in how many months you pay your rig back from the profits (after electricity)
• serious miners pay a LOT of money to mine FAST (1 GPU is not worth it in my opinion) It's a short term game. By the time you get your investment back, the network hashrate increases and you need new gear.

Forget mining rigs. Your investment will be obsolete in months. Mining with a single GPU is a waste of money IMO.
