Girlfriend

Me and my girlfriend just broke up after 2 and a half years. It really hurts me because I love her. I have no idea what to do now. I'm from Italy and she is from Sweden. We've met a couple of times. But I guess nothing lasts forever. I'm broken as fck, idk what to do anymore..... I will never trust any girl ever again.
Send her more money. I'm sure that will do it

Or maybe you just have to contact one of the admins like @BassTrackerBoats for him to restart your gf experience. It might be expensive, so get ready to fork over some $$$

Why did you only see each other a couple of times in over two years?

Flights between Italy and Sweden are less than $200 and only a couple hours. Was there some other problem?

Anyway, long distance relationships never work if there is no real plan to be together.

Easiest way to get better is take care of yourself, stay close with good friends and date woman you can see more frequently.

Also, we're only one day from the weekend, you couldn't wait?
weve been together for like 6 months here in italy

Bud you are lucky enough and got away from this game. I know many guys who were many years like (5 to 10) in the relationship and broke. Just think. So enjoy the free life now.. @Ken Ferrer

Ohhh ok. Your post made it sound like a long distance relationship where you only saw each other a couple of times in 2 yrs.

Anyway, give it time and don't dwell on her. You can wind yourself up going in circles in your head.

And creates:
- Weird and annoying joint pains that you never felt before and bother you throughout the day

This sucks, honestly. Especially if it was because of the distance constraints.
Although you said you'd never trust another woman so she may have done something..

Honestly, there's no filling the hole quickly - the daily conversations, memories, etc...
I think you should write.
Why you loved her, why you still do, why you're hurt. And then why you shouldn't be.
Then write down some goals that you think will make you feel better if you achieved them.

Getting in shape, doing some extreme sport, starting a business - take all that hurt and put it into those.
It's the old cliche of "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" or "you can only grow from this".
But it's true.
In the process of fighting off the pain, you'll grow.

Also, spend time with family and friends.

Found a sane comment at last.

By the way OP you're expressing your feelings at the wrong place.

If 2 and a half years passed and still you not able to forget her, that's mean you truly loved her.

Go back to her.

If it's going to make you feel better (probably won't), it is better to break up after 2.5 years than after 25 years.

Try to find a girl closer to your home, eg. from Italy. This is experience speaking.

Best chat up line: "send bobs and vegene pic". Works 70% of the time, every time.
lol cant help laughing\

if seriously, try to find a girl which you will feel like "yourself" together. People all the time try to look different to get a girl and later that girl will look for someone else in you. I'm sure there is someone in this world who will truly fall in love with you
