Anyone knows a good wallet or site to buy btc which charges less fees to send btc/crypto to any other wallet?
i am from india , so if anyone can help me know

If you want to buy low amount of crypto then buy from a person directly. All BTC exchanges or buying platforms will charge $25-30 in transaction fee.

ya they charge so much why ?? :(

you know any persons that can do it?

You need to get it from a trusted person. There are many on Telegram but the chances of getting scammed are high.
So you're better getting it from a trusted person.

If you need crytocurrency for online transactions then Litecoin is better choice. Its transaction fees has been always lower than $1

You can use crypto's with lower fees such as ADA or XRP

use other crytpos doge lytecoin xrp , better

where do i buy from or any website?

Easy - Accept money in binance wallet (it supports all major crypto) and then sell it via binance p2p when you need cash. You will receive money on upi/bank account. Show those transactions as freelance earning and there u go ( am not a tax consultant though. Do it at your own risk, and don't blame me plss)... :D

Do the reverse (i.e. buy on binance p2p and send) if you want to send. It will be a bit more costly because I am sure binance charges money if you send it to another wallet outside binance.

Yeah man I know. That's a problem for sure, but it shouldnt matter if you are sending a lumpsum to your own wallet.. Then you can use that wallet to pay. That way, you only pay $25 once. Then you pay usual btc charges.

Also, I have never tried this; but what if you send money to another binance wallet (i am sure your client will have one lol)? Do they charge the same? Look into that as well may be.

Please update us if you manage to send it cheaper to another binance wallet. It might come handy for other Indian users like me as well.

Try opening an account on Zebpay or WazirX and get it verified.
Once verification is done, load your INR to any one those wallet where to prefer to buy.
You can purchase BTC directly through them. If you want to transfer btc to any exchange, don't transfer in btc, purchase XRP or BNB and then transfer those to the exchange. The fees are very less for those coins.

Wazirx is currently charging 10 WRX to send 0.9 WRX. It's turning into a scam. Beware! I have no idea how to take my remaining money out of there. Zebpay, may be; but it's very limited in terms of available coins. Wazirx, avoid it please.

Honestly, I don't like WazirX. I don't even have any account there. But since many do, I suggested that.
For me Zebpay is working nicely.

Yupp you are lucky. Don't open an account there lol. I had moved everything out, but kept around 100 rupees lol. That turned into 800 because of WRX becoming viral. Now, they have stopped allowing the .xxx amount to be turned into INR. Additionally, they are trying their best to stop you sending your money in another exchange. They even stopped upi/imps (upi unavailable, imps not working) so that you cant put some money and make it to 1000 inr and take it out. I don't really care about 700 rupees, but someone could have 1L rupees there... so, just a heads up lol.

Avoid these bastards at all cost guys. If you really need WRX, buy it on binance.
