You are going to need a Lawyer may I suggest @Festinger he has a daily run in with those guys and yet he manages to escape each and every time
 
I have used some of his cracked software, but if you scan them with TotalVirus, they are full of virus and trojan, better use them in a vertual machine or in a VPS, I think Al sisi didn't like his laptop being full of trojan and he gave Dr Farfar to the authority

is there a way to remove these viruses and trojans whille still keeping the apps cause they are useful for free

Use a computer that you will never use to pay anything or to login on your bank/crypto. Or buy an RDP.
