Using a Russian Card on a US Verified Paypal Account

Hello,

Okay so some services I wanted to purchase requires me to use a paypal account to pay. And by that I mean they do allow a credit card payment however, that uses paypal's gateway so in return it requires me to create a paypal account. I use a russian credit card that I bought through one of the services here aswell so I can't create a Paypal account using it because paypal - as you know, requires verification. Because of that, i am thinking of buying a verified paypal account but the only ones i saw are under US.

With these roadblocks, will i be able to use a russian credit card in a US verified paypal account when i purchased one?

Due to different regulations in each country paypal needs to have info from the country you live in. Meaning credit card, address, phone number and so from whatever country you are using the account.

Sometimes a VCC does the job and verified accounts that are for sale come with one. Talk further with your provider about how to operate the account.

Thanks for the info. I am currently talking to this verified US paypal supplier that says their accounts are VCC verified and i can also put my russian card in. Wont that be an issue? They say it wont be an issue but i also want to hear another opinion. Thank you

I'd stick to the VCC.
