You can't judge a domain's value that easily. To me, it's worthless. But to Dream Factor Children's Bank... it might be worth thousands. I don't personally see it being worth anything but a personal use, but... There are a couple ways to sell domains.

Hijack a popular domain after it expires. This is a good way to boost alex rankings for other sites (forward them to the old domain through the hijacked ones). Get in contact with the old owner, and see if he's interested in purchasing it at x% of what you paid for it (based on Alexa rank, traffic, value to YOU, value to THEM, etc.)

Have a particular customer in mind. When you register a domain ("topnotchsupplements.com"), know that [email protected] owns 8 body building supplement sites. Market it to him directly.

Auction the domain through namecheap.com or other auction sites (all of the good ones/popular ones also take a cut of your profit, though.)
