I got my admob suspended ... i would like to create new one using new ip internet address.
I would like to ask what you use for the account bank thing? since mine was already on the suspended account.

yes, due of your previous suspended account, literally your data (bank etc) is deleted

I got my Admob and play console account suspended if you ask me, I would not use any previous details to link with a new account. use a different bank account to receive money, use new IP and a new machine to avoid footprints, you should alter your physical address a bit, and if you got your play console suspended as well, then use the new card to buy a new one
