Most EU countries can create requester account.

OP you didn't mention how you access their account, is it by some proxies, RDP? ...

Gotta poke one hole in your plan that might need patching. Since your USA partners are lending you their accounts, to the IRS (tax man) it seems as if they are doing the work and earning money. It is not much but it could add up to the point that they are required to pay taxes and that will cuts into your profits. If they have other sources of income, they will almost certainly need to pay taxes on this income as well. I might be overreacting but where I am, government literally preys on every cent.

Woah Mturk is micro working site so you cannot manage all 20 accounts by yourself. Maybe you need to hire 20 local workers to manage 20 accounts for you and pay them a little money. So 1 acc makes 400$/month. you'll pay the owner 200$, workers 100$ (maybe) and you get 100$/acc/month in the end. 20 accs = 2000$. I don't have any ideas how you can earn 5000$ with at least 20 accs. PLs fix me
