PayPal fees add up each time I send them a weekly payout. Just wondering if there's an easier cost effective way?

Transferwise is what I've found recently after PayPal fucked me in the ass with their conversion fees. Best thing I've ever used. Less than 1% fee on international $xxx payments.

Payoneer to Payoneer is free and easy.

I use http://remitly.com get a preferred rate locked in for the first £1000 you transfer (or at least I did anyway)

I'm going to look in to remit.ly and payoneer.

Are there any PH VAs here that have issues with either when it comes to receiving payment?

My VA's are here so i pay them in cash
for the others i send BTC or other crypto

who do you recommend speaking to if I'm looking for a VA

I pay my CS rep who prefers Remitly (she's PH).. there is a ton of choices how you can send and how the person can receive it. From direct deposit to the bank to cash delivery! There all kind of options well worth a look in my opinion.

I like it as you get SMS and Email alerts to the transfer from progress to arrival / confirmation.

I've used Payoneer in the past as well as Skrill was not a major fan of either.

yeah, thing is ive tried a few with poor results.

She asked her VA group how they got paid. Remitly and Wise came up for both. Apparently the fees and exchange on Remit.ly are better than GayPal.
I'll take a look again. Remitly doesn't seem to allow employer to send in multiple currencies. I can only see an option to send from my home currency. I'd like to have the option of paying different VA's in USD, CDN or £ depending on where they are.

The chat support is open 24/7 but currently not online :poop::anyway:

Transferwise is a the best option currently in my opinion. Sometimes VAs are in countries where PayPal isn't accept. And the fees, and range of wallets beats PayPal anyday.
Plus, it's called Wise now
