I think if you spend most of your day looking and porn and it effects your life then it’s a problem. If not I can’t see a problem doing it. But each to their own.
 
Those of you who didn't fap for months have a girlfriend or a wife, right? I can't really imagine someone with no sex life (yep, that's me) managing to not fap for months. I think my record was about 7 or 8 days.

I agree with the first part but your record is 7-8 days?
This can cause real trouble in the future.

It only happened once. I was in a place with a shared room, shared bathroom and no opportunity to fap. Otherwise I go about once a day, sometimes I don't, and sometimes I go twice. Never more than that.
 
its make people change in good way. had max 30 days and its feel amazin, confidence girls smell it. i feel it :D :D
 
I am around week 9 or 10 now. Not only no-fap but also semenretention which means i dont have intercourse with woman as well. The benefits are huge, my energy levels are high like they have never been. My thoughts are more clear, no brain fog. My anxiety is almost gone, I can talk to woman and it feels so natural. I could have set some dates with woman but knowing where it would lead me i decided not to. One of the woman i met i told her it is better we dont date yet because i am on semenretention. It was like she felt challanged and insisted and started sending me nudes etc. But i will continue with this and see where 100+ days will bring me

After years of doing it daily I have decided recently to stop it since it's affecting me in any way possible, from emotionally to sexually with a girl.
