I don’t think there is no tools that can track up to 1000 position, but AHREF and SEMRUSH are the best keyword rank tracking tool.

i use google ads for keyword search , it show you also the average low competition or high competition and so on. Use keyword planner.

No tool is able to check the top 1k positions since they're not visible publicly
if your page is not showing in the top 100 after a good while, then you're choosing a really high competitive niche (less probably),
or your on-page is not well optimized
things take a while for new websites, especially lately so you should give it some time

Ahref and semrush are the best tools in keyword ranking. I think there is no tools are there to rank upto 1000 position. If there let me know.
