am not into cryptocurrencies but the latest bit torrent project a cryptocurrency (BTT) that's used as the fuel of a new file hosting system based on torrent that's actually seems really useful idk about your opinion but a decentralized file hosting system ! imaging a cloud based hosting that's settles on top of alot of users seeding and mining BTT without any graphic cards but with their internet bandwidth , this is one of few useful altcoins with bright future IMO ?

I have coins that are to be HODL for decades and coins that are pure, unadulterated gambling.

Why?

First category is obvious: I am betting in the long term value of them because I believe they will pass the test of time with flying colors. This acts as the chest.

Second category acts as entertainment with benefits. It is for fun and the occasional win. I get some shitcoins, some go up, some go down, it's fine. Yesterday I spent 10 mins browsing reddit to get a random new-ish shitcoin, it's 10x today. It could have tanked to nothing as well. As you said, slot machine fun.

I do the same but a lot of newbies from these posts can jump in with fortune on these "really promising" shitcoins and miss the actual opportunity they have - if you understand my point of view.
 
there is a fine line between gambling and investing in crypto...still trying to figure it out
 
Indeed, if you like to HODL things then BTT for sure is a sweet project.

A little tip for those FOMO'ing right now regarding this so-called gem - your goal is to purchase something when it's down not when it's up at ATH.
 
What's with all the "file" coins all of a sudden? I saw like 5 or so tweets about some file sharing coin in the past hour.
 
I would say their market cap was quite high now.
 
Wanted to buy in 2 days ago but ended up not...

You can say I regret that today.
 
I was HODLER for so long. Then I started Gambling and I just lost all my Crypto in Gambling :)

I'm researching researchers.

Don't have time or sufficient knowledge to research in-depth, so I'm following people that are researching low cap tokens and if their results are good after few months I take a close look at tokens they are promoting.

People that are just paid to promote usually have awful results.
