yes defintely take them.

i also suggest taking 1000 g of vitamin D every other day while you take multi vitamin on a daily basis.

i take my multi vitamin around noon time, it gives me a boost for the afternoon

They may not have long-term side effects but may result in constipation or headaches, depression, and so on. If you're healthy, you may not encounter any of these. However, if you take them for long periods of time, your body may become used to them.

Take like one sheet of them or a small bottle. I took 6 months back.
I might repeat them since you reminded me.;)

No. Not unless you have deficiencies. You can overdose on vitamins and minerals, and since 99% of diets provide standard amounts, taking tablets will just be overdosing every single day. Any overdose is damaging on the liver, because it can only handle so much of a chemical at one time.

Never take too much of anything even water as even water overdoses can kill you.

Most people will be deficient in Vitamin D, as we haven’t been outside as much :)

What study is your claim based on? How do you know 99% of diets provide standard amounts of vitamins and minerals? Stop spreading misinformation.

It's an assumption based on experience, I eat pure junk all day everyday, like literally pure junk. Sometimes I have chocolate and crisps as a meal. I rarely ever eat anything healthy. I don't eat fruits, I don't eat much veg I'd say fried chips are the only veg I eat, and I drink pepsi max all day long.

And if my unhealthy as fk diet doesn't cause me to be deficient in anything, then god knows what you actually have to eat as a diet to be deficient. And before you say it, yes I went for blood tests to check my deficiency multiple times at the doctors, no deficiencies found on multiple occasions. And the funny thing is, I rarely go outside even without the pandemic.

Now you said I'm spreading misinformation based on not quoting any studies, well now you need to quote something to prove me wrong otherwise you are spreading misinformation by saying I am spreading misinformation without proof.

Do you seriously think multivitamins will help against respiratory disease?
