I found a survey website which is able to notice I already registered there.
Even if I delete cookies and change IP.

What other details can they check?
What can I try?

Have you tried another browser? They may have guessed it's you because of your browser, OS, resolution and other specs.

Use a different device. If you used your PC, try your phone or vice versa.

There are different browser addons to prevent canvas fingerprinting, webrtc leakage. Try those too, if you haven't yet.

Not able to find any extension to prevent that, incredible.
Past day I contacted them saying why my account didn't work and they told me the username of my previous account.
Never experienced something like that.

I installed these extension on Firefox:
Canvas Fingerprint Defender
Clear Browsing data
WebRTC Leak Shield

Andthey can still detect me
