I'm still looking for help because I don't know much.

First, I want to configure tier 1,2,3 to build a link.
Configure basic tier 1 and 2 with ranker X and seo AP and check the link with the scrapbox.
Since then, we have extracted the FOUNDed link with the scrapbox link checker and We're using GSA SER to create additional links under Tier 1 and Tier 2.
We're providing paid indexing for the FOUND link.
Captcha currently uses Xevil and 2capcha.
Proxy uses a GSA proxy scraper and blazing-proxy

I'm looking for everything, studying, and applying it, but I don't think there's any clear effect on whether I need more time yet.
Is there any part that I need to add or missing?
Or, if you have any advice on setting up the campaign for GSA SER or choosing the diagram for Ranker X and SEO-AP, we would appreciate it.

please don't do what you are suggesting

tier 1 = needs to be created manually. it should be treated just like your money site. with great care. do not use any tools to create tier 1

For Tier 1, There Is No Any Tool Best For Link Building! (Go Manually)

Don't you need too many pages if you create them manually?
How many pages do you need, such as blogs and WordPress?
How much content should I put in 1 wordpress and write tier 1?
The more, the better, but how many tier 1s would be good?
The current size is a community site with about 5,000 users a day.

regardless of number of tier 1, they all need to be created manually

for web 2.0, they need to have at minimum 3-5 pots. for my own web 2.0, i keep adding spun content 1 or 2 times a year

no one knows how many tier 1 you need. it is more about quality then quantity. and no, it is not always: the more the better

yes. one thing: you can have 100000000000000 new web 2.0 created and pointed to your site, but your ranking would not improve. each of these web 2.0 needs to be treated as a money page, meaning they need to have solid and powerful backlinks.

Are you tracking the indexability of your links (if they are indexed)?
Or just sending to index for the sake of doing so?

Also, what sort of result are you expecting exactly?
