I received a review copy from @mmubeen8 for a DA 10+ Domain in exchange for my honest review. So here goes.
Niche
I asked him to find me a domain in the 'Weight Loss' Niche. As you'd all be aware, domains in the Health niche are either spammed to death or worthless, or both. This was actually a pretty good find. The DA is 12. There are 9 referring domains. The topmost one is DR - 92. Not spectacular. But not completely worthless either.
Just registered it. Going to use it for one of my new churn and burn projects

He found the domain in 24-hours. So pretty fast I'd say.
Communication
This is the best part about @mmubeen8. I have asked him to find me domains in the past. It's unfortunate that none of the domains he was able to find, were a match for my (stringent) requirements. But the guy has never complained. Not once. Every time I ask him to find a domain, he comes up with something and when its not a match, he patiently agrees to find me something better. I have seen sellers ghosting people after a couple of attempts to tweak a service. This guy is a rare find.
Pricing
At the price that he's offering this service for, it's a steal.
Verdict - Highly recommended if you are looking for inexpensive, high quality domains for your PBNs, 301s and your money sites.

The domain I got has DA 18, PA 13, RD 33, Spam free, and Wayback Clean.
