What to do with a high DA website

I have a website from many years ago which was pure blackhat. It used to get quite a lot of traffic, however because of its niche Google penalized it back in 2015-16 and it never recovered its rankings. I had forgotten about it. However last time I checked, it has a pretty high DA (45+) and super lower spam score.

I'm wondering what I can use this website for now? Articles on it don't rank due to the old Google penalty. Any suggestions?

Higher the DA, better the link, the links takes more time to get ranking. High Domain Authority to a site is more important than the traffic and ranking!

I still have websites in a similar niche so I prefer to keep it for my own sites. Just im not sure about the most effective way to use it

So just add new articles linking to my current money sites for stronger backlinks? Do you know if that will that create a footprint? I'm especially worried about the heavy penalty on the website affecting my other sites if I do that

There's no way you can use it,
selling links with a penalised domain will be just a scam

you can sell it to be used for different search engines tho (Yandex, Baidu, etc... mention that's google penalised)

It's even penalized by bing somehow, but still has this very high DA as it was relatively big years ago. Do you think backlinks from this website be helpful? I don't have much experience in this
