Or need one cellphone and sim card with internet per ebay account?

As above poster said you will only need different phones if I you are using them to login using the phone. Never install the app if you are doing it this way.

If you need real sim for your ebay account you can search from amazon.com or amazon.co.uk . There are many cheap sim card.
