I would scrape high ticket auction sites. More specifically, I would scrape sites like StockX, Grailed, and a replica based subreddits. Then I would create an intelligence program that helps high ticket retailers understand what's hot and what's coming up.

An example of this site for the fashion industry is edited.com.

OP scrape something you can sell, that's easy to scrape but not easy to find customers to buy scraped data.

Depends on what information you need. Contact information, emails is the most valuable information to make ads or run email marketing. I personally scrape data from real estate niche websites
