Some countries developed themselves faster than others, it's like that. Check US, Canada and Venezuela... Which one is the least economical powerful?
If the economy is trash, the country is trash about the cleaning it's like that, not an accusation but we have proper jobs in Europe where we pay people to clean our country... Some call that bullshit jobs but it's jobs nonetheless. 20 euros an hour to make sure that the bus station has no trash, we have an obsession with cleaning everything and it's sometimes absolutely stupid too.

Last week I was eating my sandwich while waiting the train, and a machine almost made me an amputee because my foot was very close to it, I was unable to eat quietly :D

If your country has money to spend, the government will buy this :

If your government has full of corruption, they will not buy this but buy hookers instead, it's the way the world goes unfortunately...

Again I am not a racist or whatever but for the cleaning aspect, it's a luxury that poor countries don't have...

Maybe the hookers in 3rd world countries can clean the streets while they're not cleaning the bottom end of the politicians?

@@ExperimentalSEO Interesting, were they colonized by England?
They were colonised by the British empire which was made up of Scottish and English soldiers at the time, that's what the older British flag represents the unity of Scotland and England.

quote of the day!

People take time to adapt. Evolution happens in the long Run. There must be places in 3rd wold countries which can be compared with 1st world countries but not all because they yet haven't adapted.

The community is the key , if you see your parents not through trash to the street you will do the same , this need alot of years to change the community and how they think until you get the results u want

Luckily there are lots on bins about in England so you have no excuse not to use them.
I have pulled people up and told them to put their rubbish in the bin. It’s was right next to them. They live in the community as well so just take an extra 2 seconds and make it nicer for everyone to live in.

Indian chicks get real real horny.

Not sure about cleanliness problem. Maybe put some guys with guns on the streets, shoot on sight anyone who litters.

Should solve the problem. . . :D

LoL ,thats not possible bro ,people should get basic necessity inspite of having all resources with low natural calamities regardless of parties govts wants to keep the people in poverty so that they can vote for them if they get educated they might question them , now they are planning to conduct board exams to 6-7 year old child at class and make them dropout of school,to keep people in poverty they will do everything
Grass isn't always greener...

1st night out of lockdown..

Thats sad to see developed and cultured places also behave like this

Again people need to be pulled out from poverty and people need to get educated not to spit here and there and i think they should ban Paan even in UK they had hard times with paan as i read in news

https://www.cntraveller.in/story/uk...:text=In 2010, a north-London,Don't spit paan.

Again people need to be educated about this , Hope education brings a change

Poor people are dirtier, Simple as that. Being poor brings lots of problem, Having dirty clothes and streets are one of them.
When your priority is feeding yourself or your family, who cares about clean streets.
Eastern europe very poor but they are super clean even compared to rich countries. Comunism had some good ideas

A bit offtop - been to Dubai last week. And there is a law to wear masks even on the streets on the open air, not only in buildings like other countries.
And everybody abides by this rule, people from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh are about 50 % of UAE population.
And all streets are very clean, nobody would even think of throwing trash there.

So, it's really not about special Indian or Asian culture - it's entirely about what's considered unethical in the country. People throw trash in India and other Asian countries because it's sort of considered normal in the country. But the same people behave completely different in a country where it's not normal

About Belarus - don't forget that it's a police state, they have one of the largest police per capita rates in the world.
And their culture is different from other post USSR counties. Just a little fact - during the latest protest in Minsk protesters took their shoes off to get on the bench to keep it clean.
It really says a lot about their attitude towards keeping the streets clean

YouTube video about dirty beaches (beach=toilet) in India left me speechless.

Wow.
That reminds me about when Japan was playing in the football World Cup after the match they picked up all the litter in the stadium.
