I can register more than 20-30 accounts on 1 phone, but they are not blocked immediately or after a while, while blocked after the registration of about 10 accounts, but these 20-30 continue to be active.

Trust me it's a IP address problem
Facebook won't allow you even those 20 accounts give it time
Unless you interact with every account on Facebook just to make FB think that those accounts are real or your confirm identity
