I reached out to OP exactly one week ago. We discussed the location that I wanted to utilize and he thought it was a very good niche location as well as I. OP didn't bother me and I didn't have any questions or concerns for him either. I just let the man do his thing. I figured I couldn't beat the price, so lets see what he's delivering. Well, he messaged me via Skype earlier this afternoon informing me that the site was up and running. As soon as I got home from work, I went to the site and holy smokes!! More than what I expected. OP delivered on time. His communication is excellent. The only thing I had to do was setup my payment gateway...that was it!! As far as SEO, as long as people are looking for employment, the SEO is already there. I'm sure there might need to be some tweaks as with any other professional website but his work is A+! I don't have time to read all the 42 pages, but i think i have an answer to this.

In my case, i already have a good following in a european country, so it would make sense for me to use a site like yours because the work i put to make money would be much lower as i can instantly get traffic from the local communities where I'm already authoritative. I think that thinking locally can make sense business-wise. BTW, if you actually offer this option, then I'm all in.

Other question: is there any way to customize the info given on any job ad? I'm thinking of enriching each job post with more info about the companies looking for workers
