Well, i feel like its been long since i posted something useful on BHW. So, here I am, with a new do-follow website. The metrics are as follows:

I don't think i'll need to guide anyone through the signup process here. Still, if anyone hits a roadblock while signing up, let me know in the comments so i'll try it out myself.

It's free blog submission. I used to post there quite often before.
But I also don't trust 3% SS (moz) because I do know for sure - that site is spammed

yeah moz fails to detect a spammy site many times. at least this can be very well used for tier-2 don't you think? no harm at all according to me if we are using it for tier-2 links

Sure it's good for tier 2. But it also can be used for tier 1 (as an additional to PBN / guest posts). Such links costs not much (6$ max I guess) and it's good and cheap option.
Not much people are ready to buy extra-quality links by $200 per each..

Is it the indexing that you concerned about or is it the ranking? I never seen that site ranking for any keywords. It can be useful as a backlink though for diversity.

yeah, definitely it has no potential as a parasite. So, its best suited either for tier-2 or for the sake of link diversity as you said

What do you mean by non secure web site?
I think everyone can place link to your web site whenever he/she wants, so you even will not be aware that happen.
