Hello,

I am going to create stealth PayPal and also eBay. However, I don't know what's the best solution for IP. Is it fresh dedicated IP (static) or is it residential proxy (dynamic)? In addition, which provider do you think is the best?

Thanks!

Dynamic IP if you are going to create stealth accounts. Make sure to restart your router each time your switching acconts to prevent them from getting linked. Hope that helped.

Use residential proxy for creating accounts and use fresh, dedicated, virgin proxy for loging into already created account.
Obviously, if you create your own accounts, then just use residential proxy.

Make sure to use different Windows profiles for every eBay + PayPal account, or use VMs (or even RDPs, but not from popular providers such as AWS).

I will use VM for each so I think restarting the router is not necessary.
I will not just create the stealth accounts, but I will also use them regularly. In this case, is dynamic IP (residential) really the best solution? Because if my IP changes everytime I log in, it can lead to account limitation, can't it?

It has been a long time since I made any stealth accounts so I don't know if anything change but I used to do it like that.

Either a fresh dedicated or residential will do the job. Keep everything fresh like name number address and your good.

What do you think about using a google vps to login to accounts ?
is it bad ?

No idea.

So for example IPBurger Fresh IP will work? Isn't it flagged by both paypal and ebay in 2021?

Stay away from ipburger. Plenty of good proxies available on marketplace here or search on google

Use premium RDP for accessing paypal. You will have no issue until there is some serious issue with your account. There are so many RDP sellers providing such services in BHW Marketplace. Go and find best one for your need!

what country are you creating these stealth ones in. All new US ones require SSN to take money out unless hooking direct to a debit or bank account

US.
SSN is not a problem for me. Even in the past paypal used to limit accounts that didn't have SSN...

Is RDP something like virtual machine with different IP?

What do you think about 24vc? They're saying that their VPN is built for paypal, ebay etc

You'd want 4G residential proxies with static IPs (which means the IPs don't rotate). For Paypal however, you'd require other details too to make the accounts work. I'm not sure what location you're based in but proxies based on US locations have a higher trust score in this regard.

First of all, it depends on the goals and even more on how much your account should live in time, if your wallet is tight, then you can certainly buy mobile proxies here you will not lose, or a good trust ssh tunnel
