Hello, I have bought one of your Softreg TikTok accounts for $4.99, while the format does provide that I will get a an email and a password. What I got was only the protonmail email with no password (the expected format was login: Password:email:email password, but I only got login: Password:email WITH NO EMAIL PASSWORD). When requested the password I didn't receive it, I only got a replacement account. How am I supposed to log in my account and verify my identity with around 30k followers with an email that is not even accessible?

Since I have bought from you on numerous occasions I always got the same situation: an account with no possibility to access the email, only after my request for replacement you provided me an account that has login: password:email:email password. Every time and I mean EVERY time when I buy from you Softreg accounts you have me an incomplete product that was supposed to have an email with password, but instead you just give me an login: password:email:NO EMAIL PASSWORD.

While the quality of account had satisfied me... what is the use of it when I can't even access my account? All the time spent just went to waste (order number: a210207-0150).
