most of the time, off-page SEO is synonym with backlinks. As long as you can get quality backlinks at a safe pace your off-page SEO worries are over.

As for strategy.... if your domain name is new (less than 1 year old) the strategy is to get 2-5 quality backlinks (PBN, guest posts, niche edits) per month for 2-3 months, then increase the number of backlinks to 5-10 per month for the next 2-3 months and so on until your site becomes old enough (2+ years old) and has lots of quality backlinks to rank almost instantly for any new article you add, and without needing a single backlink anymore.

If your domain name is aged (2+ years old, but preferably 3 or more) and you have already gotten 100s of quality backlinks to it in the past you can increase the number of backlinks you are getting to... I don't know... maybe 10-50 per month? But make sure they are quality (relevant to your niche and from established websites in Google, with daily organic traffic) and that you are building them steadily.

Of course, there is more to building backlinks that matter than this, and a professional backlinker will know how many backlinks he needs, how often, and where to direct them, but for newbies to SEO this strategy is pretty safe and rewarding. But it needs lots of money :(

The best strategy is what top 3 guys of your target keyword used.
Thank You

Getting links that what most of the thread talking about. Apart from that try press release for your website.

Auto-approve spam blog comments on new websites for tech websites as a hundred of Indian based websites are doing it targeting USA visitors.

There comes a handful of strategies for off-page SEO:

Here are some effective ones according to me:

Basically, when it comes to off-page strategy, building backlinks are king(This never goes out of style)
Build some high-quality PBN links to your site.
You can also try guest posting.
Press release will also be a good choice.

quality PBNs,
invest in your online project and you'll get paid off shortly,
don't fall for cheap pbns/links as most people do

although, getting really quality PBNs is quite hard today as many sellers will sell you some cheap fiver links, spammed PBNs or some with manipulated metrics

you'll have to filter and read the negative reviews (check the shit list in the forums) of too many sellers,
don't fall for fancy positive reviews as well, as many of them are just manipulated as well,
then you'll have to test various of them to find what's really working

you can invest in your own PBN as well, but that will require more work, some good knowledge and some good budget to start,
but you'll have full control over these links and can boost them up whenever you want

Care to enlighten more on this?
I learned it from tech support scam BPO where the only job I got in life as SEO executive but I left the job in 2.15 months as it was tech support scam, first I though for 2 months that its real tech support company as no tele-calling was going on in the company for 2 months. Go search on youtube about tech support scams of India.

what are your main factors for good PBN? Despite domain age, DR (DA) and relevance
