Interested in SEO for Baidu

Hello,

Just have started studying Baidu and SEO for this particular Chinese search engine.
What do I have now is I got a valid Chinese phone number and successfully added my website to the Baidu Search Console.
I even got first impressions. But the process is damn slow. I do have Chinese localization and it is performed with /zh method.

Any ideas on how to boost my website within Baidu? Any best practices, key factors what to look at? Maybe manuals?

Yet I am interested in scaling the process. What do you do if you need to submit and promote, say, 20 websites on Baidu. How do you do this?

Yup, Baidu is a fast streaming search engine to start a blog. SEO can have a great impact on Baidu. Also Baidu follow "The Great Firewall", that offers higher ranking to sites with content written in Chinese languages and sites with server located in China.

You need a lot of foot links from Chinese authority sites in order to rank on Baidu, and you also need to be ready for be robbing once you hit the TOP 3 for money keywords as guys in Baidu will contact you and force you to pay them in order to maintain the SERP for your site, otherwise, they just simply deindex your website for NO reason.

Yeah, we are doing this.
Just adding website to the Baidu console.
Then we just adding Chinese texts and getting keywords.
However it is so sloooow for Baidu to index our Chinese texts.
I guess we can do it wrong.
