WTB - Need a wordpress cloaker that can redirect based on IP address

Hello There Guys ,

I need a wordpress cloaker that can redirect users based on their IP addresses . I want everyone to see the original website but when a visitor from Spain comes to site , I want that visitor to be redirected to a new URL . The usage is for Google adwords . Please kindly introduce a tool that can achieve this .

When you are planning to go for cloaking its not cheap , all of the above platforms does well when it comes to cloaking .
