So basically it's 3 months that, also because of the restricttions and the lack of other activities, I dedicated heart and soul to manage my sites and produce my music for my youtube channel. Except Saturday and Sunday, I worked for the whole day every day on these activities, from the waking up to the late night.

The problem is, I think I overdid with this schedule. Last Saturday I had a big bump in the serp of one of my sites, and my earnings more than doubled in one day. Finally the results of the hard work began to be seen so taken by the emotion I made an exception and worked on Saturday too until late at night. I went to sleep normally and felt great. On Sunday, however, I woke up with a terrible headache. It lasted me the whole day. Throughout the day I often felt confused, at times as if I also had a fever, even though I didn't. I preferred to rest the whole day. I went to sleep feeling like I was going to pass out at any moment. Really terrible feeling.

On Monday I woke up and the headache was gone, but I was still very confused and not lucid. I took that day to rest as well.

The problem is that we're almost at the end of the week and I'm still not feeling very sharp. Probably better than Monday but not so much. I'm watching a TV show and have constant lapses in attention. I have a hard time remembering things done a few hours ago. What the hell is going on? I'm afraid. I know the answer you all will give is go to the doctor, but I'm afraid.

Has anyone had similar experiences? Is it just a little fatigue or am I right to be afraid and could it be something worse?

Take 2-3 days off, don't go online, don't watch tv if you can, take some sleeping pills
You've been overworking your body and eyes by being on the computer every waking moment
Sadly you're human so you need to take breaks even if that means less money.

Along with getting some sleep, as Premium suggested, I would also get a bit of exercise and fresh air into your system. If you have any open fields or hiking trails, I would consider doing one, plus it's a great way to reassess what you've been doing and may come up with some new ideas during your walk!

Get OFF the chair

Treat it like college or a job - get up and walk around for 10 minutes, every 50 minutes. Without fail.

You are dehydrated. Not drinking enough pure bottled or reverse osmosis water. 2.5 liters a day minimum. Other drinks don't count.

Exercise - Do the 5 Tibetan Rites Exercise every morning (not religion. just some leg lifts and floor exercises)

Start reading health books at PDFDrive.com. They are all there.

Think about doing a 1 day juice or water fast every 3 weeks or so

Sincerely,

The Eye
