How do you check a GMB radius?

I've seen people posting stuff like this, with radius and numbers...
Just curious how to do this... If anyone can help?

Friend of mine use Pleper - it is quite good, I think it can show you how you rank per keyword in specific region.

Programmatically speaking, if you have a lat long combo, it's pretty easy to calculate the radius. However, I am not completely sure what exactly is going on with the count. If you can show me a live example, I can probably tell you better lol.
