I want to use vpn to mobile device can a site track me if i have multiple accounts , i will use different mobiles and a free vpn , can they track me?

Yes, i use geo ip blocker plugin on my wp site and it can detect multiple visit from same ip or isp, so its not a big deal to check free vpn

Yes, they can track you quite easily. But...will they track you? That depends on what site you are talking about of course. All social networks, email providers etc are fully aware of VPN provider IP's....especially any of the free ones you might be considering. Other smaller/newer sites might not (yet) be checking them...but undoubtedly will eventually.

Same difference. Exit nodes are flagged/blacklisted too and they're really slow.

Indeed they can track you. VPNs do not have dedicated IPs for one, which means your IP is 10 other people's IP. When you're connected to a VPN service, every platform knows that your account is the one with VPN IP. Social media platforms do not like log in and other activities using these IPs so you're likely to get banned after a while.
The smart thing to do here would be to get 4G mobile proxies. As mobile proxies use real cell phones as hardwares, you're giving platforms the notion that the user indeed is a real human, which lessens your chances of bans.
