How do they provide Static Residential USA IP Proxy ?

Hello,
I've discovered the website ProxiesForrent and the rent 1 USA Residential IP for 15$ /month.
I've tried to ask to the live chat what come from this IP but they couldn't tell me.

I ask them in the live chat if they pay USA people in order them to install a software on their computer in order us to share their IP. The Live Chat tell me "no".
The IP is Static, so if I order the 15$ plan, I will have the same Residential IP during 30 days. If I renew the payment, I will also have the same ip for the next month etc.

Does someone know how could they provide a static resiendial IP please ? Where does they find it or rent it to who ^^ ?

It is very easy to distinguish between mobile and resident ip

Btw I chatted with Proxiesforrent regarding a free trial, he told me to send them an email. I've now sent 2 emails and no response.

I tried a 1 hour trial of MountProxies, and their proxy actually worked!!

based on the price, we can assume that the proxies are decent. Bad proxies cost from 0.5 to 3$ as a rule
