Monthly Subscription for Jr. Vip ?

I joined BHW in 2017. but I only read threads & never replied because I saw banned accounts everywhere at that time.
At least 1 banned guy for each thread I have no idea & I afraid to get banned. (coz I love my username )

I have a small suggestion, as you know for Jr. Vip level we need to do $99 annual donation for the forum which is great to continue free this service for the community.
but I hope some people like me, from tier 3 countries it might be somehow big amount.
(believe or not, I am working for Canada company as webmaster for $300 per/ month.)

ok back to the topic, what I am suggesting is a monthly subscription for marketplace access and other privilege with some new restrictions. (Jr Vip or new level)
shall we get $10 monthly sub,

• they should agree to continue & renew the subscription for at least 1 year or specific months.
• maximum price limit for each sale
• etc..

don't laugh at me this is just a suggestion. I only though about positive side, there can be negative side too. what do u think?

This is your own fault.

If you are totally useless and easily replaceable to them - then you can't ask for a rise.

But if your replacing will take a headache to the company and/or you are doing good work, you can ask for a rise. If you work there for more than a few months, this is the time to discuss it with your employer. Do it today!

for the salary thing, this is most companies average level range here, this rate is fair enough for mediocre life.
There is good salary range (above $1000) for Java dev & mobile application developers. But not in web field. But I never get any complaints. Daily monitoring & improving more than 200 medical practice websites in the USA. So, I think my issue is not in skill, but in mindset.

And, You are right it's totally my fault I am stuck at one point, if I want, if I try can learn new dev language/framework and go for better job

I did that in 2018. In that time I worked for UK company as a webmaster. (It's not software company, online course portal site) and learn many things about local seo,
I resigned after a year & focus full time on AdSense, and boom that's the best year of my life.
End of 2018 I had one site with 7000+ USD monthly revenue from AdSense. I build a nice small house, gave much to parents etc.
See, how stupid I am, I didn't focus on re-invest. At 13-Dec-2018 I got banned from AdSense due to invalid traffic (but I never tried fake traffic)

After I tried more than 100+ blogs / tools but not get any success. But still trying.

That was my silly story, and you are right, I need to demand myself for increment.

Monthly subscription with low amount I think it's not a good idea people will abuse the system like we are abusing the trial versions in most of the website. Also when you put yearly subscriptions that show you are committed on your work.

Machan Yasith IMO that will be good for some way but when it comes to marketplace there are lot of scammers each month hits the shit list. Even though the current price is higher they do not care because they can scam much more than yearly subscription. Even now i saw some threads revealing scam sellers hide in the plain sight. I think if there going to be a monthly subscription for Jr. VIP then they have to increase the price for sellers.

Monthly is not a great idea!

Let me explain why:

If I think about myself, I am more interested in paying $97 once a year instead of paying $8 every month.

People don't like it when money leaves their bank. If it's a monthly activity, then most people will cancel their membership sooner or later.

Also, it can take months for someone to see any success from his/her BST or from renting sig space.

If monthly subscription was an option, most people would give up in 1-2 months and cancel their subscription.

That would result in two things:

1. BHW's community would turn into Netflix's one-month trial audience. Only a few would continue after the first month when they see no success
2. With people giving up in a month or two, it would be hard for BHW to keep growing as it's currently growing

While once you pay $97, you are free for a year. You can freely work on building up your reputation and think of multiple ways to derive income from BHW.

A win-win for both the community and the forum itself.

For the reasons suggested above and many others. We're not looking at a monthly subscription offering for Jr. VIP at the moment.
