How to win PayPal charge back case?

Looks like, I had my luck with it. I didn't attach any screenshot or files as proof that I delivered the digital goods. I just told them, we had a conversation on FB messenger and he paid for a service and got it delivered on the same day and after 3 months, he's asking for the chargeback as an unauthorized transaction. Seems fishy to me. I also told them, I can't find the conversation history or screenshot to attach.
Well, it took around 3 days to solve the issue. However, I'm happy with Paypal.

Maybe they supported me, cz I have a full verified account or has no previous negative issues or chargeback. It was the first time and of course, using this PP account for 4 years.....

This is extremely weird. I’ve been robbed many times from people doing chargebacks.

Same thing has happened to me, they side with the buyer a good portion of the time even when you have proof of text/emails etc that they indeed receive the product/service. Just be lucky that its only $100. Cost of doing business in the online world unfortunately

Mhmm! that's why I don't like keeping money for a long time on PayPal. xD if anytime this happens again with big amount, I would just leave the account with the negative balance and make a new one. Simple.

I never leave a lot of money in the account, but you cant just make a new one if in the US. They require SS to convert into paypal balance, unless you have virtual banks or debit cards to transfer money to which is also more of a mess

As I said earlier that you have a chance to win this case because they disputed it as a unauthorized transaction after 3 months or 90 days. So as per PayPal terms they had only 60 days.

Yeh.. thanks for giving the support by saying it's possible to win, while other said, it's pretty much hard and impossible to win.

You can win, just provide enough evidence that you delivered the product, the buyer will not have enough evidence .

I don't think you understand what "unauthorized transaction" means.

@Marshmello if you don't already you should log the IP address every time someone buys from you. Paypal can easily tell if the purchase was made from the account holder or someone that is using a stolen/hacked account.

what exactly proofs do you mean? especially in selling digital services
