Extra Adsense- what can be done???

Hello all, Good day.
so here is my query
1) i monetize youtube channel
2) i along with it, i make an Adsense Account.
3)Adsense account is made with random name and address.
4) I Sell YT monetized channel on a website
5) channel sold without adsense.
6) now i have the active adsense.

Question :- What can i do with this Extra adsense which is made on a random name and address???
1) Can i change name and address
2) can i sell only adsense.
3) how can i earn from it.

Unverified Adsense can be sold for very cheap price, (2- 5$ !?) not worth. Give it to other buyer if they need
You cant change the country also.
But verified adsense with some transitions, them for at least 50$
