Twitter trend bot?

Just curious is their a bot out there that can tell when a tweet is going viral, like for example if a tweet is getting alot of retweets and likes per miinute?

Once upon a time there used to be a public timeline, so this was possible.

Now to do this you have to have access to what Twitter calls the "firehose" - which is all the live public tweets that get posted. It costs a bit of money for this access.

The only way to really see trending tweets is to pull from trending hashtags and topics, and by that point -they're already viral.

You don't basically. It costs (a lot) and is for big companies only. but you can try, get in contact with twitter and ask for access
