I want to know if anyone has placed their websites in an IRA or similar tax saving account. This can let us grow income tax free for retirement. I want to build local rank and rent properties that pay me $300 - $500 a month without paying tax now. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Damn.. Thought ranks were opening back up for the RA...

Ireland ftw..

Put the biz in an LLC, then create a personal property trust that buys an LLC membership. Then as profits flow from the LLC, they will pass tax free to the trust and thence to your IRA. Only challenge is you can't have anything to do with the LLC (must be completely passive). Check with Quest Trust Co in TX and their competitors. They're familiar with all the setups.

Thanks for the feedback. Any idea of the cost to set this up?

If you go the roth 401K/IRA route, the earnings will remain tax free when you start withdrawing them.
