yes i see, to be honnest it is difficult to find a good and clean mail list cause most people who have that would'nt sell it cause they make more than selling it, my advice is to start building your email list with a specifiec niche... and you can find some people seeling lists online but it is full of HB(mostly dead email not working) wish will kill your smtps and will make you quit fast...

Unless they opt-in to your email list anything else would be illegal, against GDPR and you are highly unlikely to be successful.

So it really boils down to your budget per lead.

I suggest you post in the hire a freelancer section if you don't know how to get your own leads, as nobody can help you otherwise as it is against BHW rules.

Just a heads up, the struggle is real with the route you're trying to go. All the email service providers have seen public lists and ban them instantly.
