2) define a custom IP rotation interval, like 3 minutes?

1) Yes it possible. You can add get request "?country-only=US" for list of proxies.
2) List of proxies is refreshing on 3% every 10 minutes. We recommend to refresh the list every 10-15 minutes, but you can refresh it more often.
3) We have only ip authentication.

My use case was, scraping google, and creating social media accounts.
