hi guys I just want to ask how do they do this kind of ads that force you to download before you can watch the movie.

What content locking is this? cuz im using ogads it doesnt have this kind of content locking ads.

I can't tell just from the screenshot. I suggest using Chrome Dev tools to inspect the ad and you should be able to see who the vendor is (assuming the ad shows on desktop). If the ad doesn't display on desktop, you can still inspect the desktop site and look for where remote scripts are loading from and still narrow down who the vendor is.
