Trying to find a Traffic Generator

I remember that few years ago I found here a Tool dont remember if it was a Desktop Application or a Website.
You could Put in a URL there which other users opened it automatically it was like 5 Seconds per website and you got some points for it.
WIth this points you could put in your own url etc.
Does someone know it?

I think you could also get Instagram follows/likes with that tool.

If you know better tools to generate Fake traffic from different sources pls tell me.

there is no such thing as traffic generators and most of the tools out there for traffic generation are mostly scams so not worth the effort.
